Bert Ring has been the editorial cartoonist for the Glendale News Press and the Burbank Leader since 2007. His unique view of local news pokes fun at City Hall, adds humorous twists on the community news and honors leaders, locals and schools alike.

Bert is also a director & storyboard artist for animation studios in southern CA. His works include ” Ready Jet Go!”, “Scooby Doo”, DC Super Hero Girls”, “Life With Louie”, “Family Guy”, “Penguins Of Madagascar” and the “Curious George” movie & television series.

With his love of funny gags, Bert is currently developing comic strips in hopes to be published and syndicated one day.

He currently lives in Glendale, CA with his family.
