The president of Glendale CA teachers union, Tami Carlson want the city to pay $13,800 to fix a wall at her home that was damaged to a leaky fire hydrant.
Ironically, two weeks before the claim, Carlson refused to sign a federal grant for Glendale Unified that would of bring in $40 million.
